From: Soluble CD14 produced by bovine mammary epithelial cells modulates their response to full length LPS
Experimental design. On three different days, PS cells were left unstimulated (CTRL) or stimulated with LPSS or LPSR in the presence or absence of sCD14. Five hours post-infection RNA were extracted and processed for RNA sequencing. The color code for each of the six conditions is indicated by the box surrounding the designation of the 6 conditions tested.
