Inflammatory cytokine expression of the reassortant H7N9 isolates in mice. Mice were inoculated intranasally with 106.0 EID50 of the desired viruses, total RNA was extracted from the lungs at 3 dpi, and equal amounts of RNA were used for qRT‒PCR. The expression level of each cytokine gene was normalized to that of GAPDH and is presented as the fold change compared with the control.
