Growth dynamics of the reassortant H7N9 viruses in different cell lines. MDCK, A549, and CEF cells were inoculated with the indicated viruses at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.001 TCID50/cell in triplicate at 37 °C. The supernatants were aseptically harvested at 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 hpi. The virus titres were determined by determining the TCID50 per 0.1 mL in MDCK cells.
