SVA infection increases the expression of TRIM5 in 3D4/21 cells. 3D4/21 cells were infected with SVA at an MOI of 1 in the test group but not in the control. A Cell samples were collected at 6, 12, and 24 hpi, and the mRNA expression of TRIM5 was analysed by qRT-PCR. B The protein expression levels of TRIM5 and SVA VP2 were detected by western blotting at 0, 12, and 24 hpi, and the relative mean expression of the TRIM5 protein was calculated by ImageJ. All experiments were repeated at least three times independently. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ns indicates no significant difference.
