Nf-L stability at different storage temperatures. There were no substantial differences in Nf-L levels between CSF (A) and serum (B) samples stored at −20 °C and at −80 °C. Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed rank test was used. CSF denotes cerebrospinal fluid, Nf-L neurofilament light chain, IQR interquartile range, ns not significant.
