Effects of T. spiralis on host intestinal barrier function. Protein and mRNA acquisition in the jejunum of mice infected with T. spiralis on dpi 0, 1, 3, 7, 15. Verification of expression changes of TJ proteins (A, B), Mucin (C, D), TLRs (E, F), and inflammatory cytokines (G, H) by RT-qPCR and western blot, respectively. All assays were performed in triplicate, and data were presented as the mean ± SD. Significance markers were the same as those in Figure 1.
