Effects of rKaSPI and rAdSPI on TLR and inflammatory cytokine expression in IPECs. A RT-qPCR and C Western blotting analysed the expression of TLRs in IPECs treated with rKaSPI and rAdSPI. B RT-qPCR, D Western blotting and E ELISA analysed the expression of inflammatory cytokines in IPECs treated with rKaSPI and rAdSPI. Assays were performed in triplicate, and the data were expressed as the mean ± SD. Significance markers were the same as those in Figure 5.
