Effects of rKaSPI and rAdSPI on TLR and inflammatory cytokine expression of the jejunum. A RT-qPCR and C Western blotting analysed the expression of TLRs in the jejunum. B RT-qPCR, D Western blotting, and E ELISA analysed the expression of inflammatory cytokines in the jejunum. Assays were performed in triplicate, and the data were expressed as the mean ± SD. Significance markers were the same as those in Figure 8.
