HnRNPC is induced by SVCV or IFN. A–D ZF4 and DrFIN cells were infected with SVCV, and the cells were collected at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h. qPCR was used to analyse the expression of hnRNPC and mx. β-actin was used as a control. E and F qPCR analysis of hnRNPC and mx expression in DrFIN cells stimulated with IFNφ1 or IFNφ4. β-actin was used as a control. The results are shown as the mean ± SD.
