SRLV DNA quantification (log copies/ng). OSF were transduced with SeV-GFP or rSeV-GFP-P25 one, two or three times and infected with the SRLV strain EV1 24 h post-transduction. Untransduced OSF and infected with strain EV1 were used as positive controls (EV1 (C+)). The data shown are the mean and standard deviation. There were statistically significant differences between the groups (p < 0.05).
