BoHV-1 productive infection decreases PGK1 protein expression in MDBK cells. A MDBK cells in 60 mm dishes were either mock infected or infected with BoHV-1 at an MOI of 1. After infection for indicated time lengths, cell lysates were prepared and analysed by western blotting to detect PGK1 protein levels, using β-Actin as a loading control and subsequent quantitative analysis.
