BoHV-1 infection leads to re-localisation of PGK1 proteins. MDBK cells were either mock infected or infected with BoHV-1 at an MOI of 1. After infection for 8, 16, and 24 h, mitochondria were labelled with Mito-Tracker Deep Red FM (red) and stained with antibodies against PGK1 (green). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Then, images were captured using confocal microscopy. Bars = 20 μm.
